Our Returns Promise
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Christmas trees and mattresses unless faulty. Custom-made or bespoke items (including made-to-order bouclé dining chairs and buttoned sofas) are excluded from standard returns unless damaged in transit.
Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we will email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for faulty items)
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the standard returns process above. Once we receive your return, we will:
- Process your new item selection
- Notify you of any price differences
- Ship your replacement within 2 business days
Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original item was faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We will arrange collection at our expense
- Choose between a replacement, repair, or full refund
