Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and signature confirmation
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking

Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance procedures.

Our Returns Promise

Should any item not meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process reflects the same attention to detail found in our premium collections. We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Christmas trees (unless faulty)
  • Mattresses (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or bespoke items including:
    • Made-to-order bouclé dining chairs
    • Buttoned sofas
    • Other made-to-order products

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we will email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items only)

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the standard returns process above. Once we receive your return, we will:

  • Process your new item selection
  • Notify you of any price differences
  • Ship your replacement within 2 business days

Standard shipping charges apply for exchanges unless the original item was faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange collection at our expense
  • Choose between a replacement, repair, or full refund
